I can't remove the time wheal, Just wondering if there is a trick to it,

same technique as here http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=294072 those bigger ones can be a pita.

The manual says remove the timing pointer and the center screw on the timing wheel, it should lift off.

I just took a look at mine, theres nothing else holding it.
I think you're gonna have to jiggle it side to side with 2 levers to work it loose. Looks fragile.
