I have a 1994 evinrude 150 2 stroke, recently I have taken it out a couple times and have had the same problem. I get it in the water let it warm up then get going get it on plane and after about a minute on plane get going about 20 a alarm will go of it’s not a constant alarm it will go beep beep beep. It is peeing a steady stream, the gas is mixed correctly and I don’t really think it’s an overheating isssue but I’m not a hundred percent sure. Any help would really be appreciated

Overheat is a steady alarm.----Low oil alarm should be disconnected if you are mixing 50:1 in the tank. .----Sounds to me there is a fuel restriction / blockage on hoses or inside fuel tank.----Check tank vent as well.----If you just got this motor you did install a new impeller ?

Did you read and answer all of Racerone's responses.

Oil related. Don't run the motor.
Might want to do a compression test now.

His most serious question, are you putting in 50/1 gas in your tank or relying on your oil pump?

This is an oil related issue, hence the oil alarm.

Simple to fix maybe or a total disaster if you kept on running it.

Time to wake up and smell the coffee! 🤨

I quit running it immediately I have been putting mixed oil in the tank. When I open the motor lid there is oil sitting in there and those two plugs in the picture are unplugged

If your running mixed gas you shouldn't have any undiluted oil in there.

Post pictures of every side of the engine focusing on the vro pump.

Is the oil bottle still in the boat?
