evinrude 20 hp electric

Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone might be able to help. I have a evinrude 20hp short shaft, manual start, tiller steer. I'm not sure what year it is but I'll post some photos so maybe some can tell me what year it is. But I want to to convert it to remote steer, electric start. Can someone tell me what I will need and hopefully part numbers or kit numbers. I've been looking but I'm not even sure what year my motor is.

It looks like a 90's motor by the cover design. There should be some numbers on the transom clamp on the left side. Take a look, they might be covered in paint.

Comparing what I took off an elctric start 9.9, and your pictures this is what you'll need.
1.Starter bracket
2.New flywheel with ring gear
3. Nuetral safety switch
4. Key switch or push button
