Evinrude 200hp will not stay running unless you hit choke

1986 Evinrude 200hp. Motor will not stay running at idle unless you tap choke when it starts to cut out. I have cleaned all carbs. Checked compression 105-115 all cyl. Checked spark jumps 1/2 np blue spark. And have also tried squezing primer bulb when running but don't help. Only thing I can think of is maybe recirculation system any help or advice where to go next is appreciated.

Using the electric primer clearly indicates that more fuel is needed to keep the motor running.-------The electric primer is a valve that opens up and sprays fuel into the engine.----This fuel bypasses the carburetors.-------Revisit the carburetor work !!

Yeah I prob sucked something out of tank right away since I took filter off the other day cause I thought it was giving me some fits.
