Some time ago back I was given and old Evinrude 3 hp motor(serial No. 3012-31934) and after many moves and years I'm finally getting around to bring it back to life.<br /> I went thru a number of prelim steps before pulling the rope on the fly wheel and low and behold it stsrted on the 3rd pull--with some tweeking it ran fairly smoothly.<br /> Now here's the only problem sofar, the weep hole for the lower unit is pushing out oil(pitch black) I couln't open lower unit screw it was frozen. I would appreciate any and all info/knowledge and I thinks.<br /><br /> Tight Lines Skinny
