Most of that should be available right here at the Iboats store.

Those coils breakdown from age, points ,condensers ,and water impellers ,along with grease and gear oil are yearly maint.parts.Sparklugs too, mainly because the older ignition systems are harder on plugs. You should also be aware that the newer fuels are hard on the old hoses and fuelpump diaphrams.as said, these parts are avail at IBOATS store. Not only are the prices low, but, your getting most ,if not all your information from the site. Therefore its my belief, and im not affiliated in any way except as you are,a member,I try to use the store and ask that other members do the same to support the great free site that it is

I have the same problem. I can get no spark from by plugs. I dont have it hooked up to an electric start and am just using the pull start. would that be a reason why there is not spark?

No these motors don't require a battery to produce spark. Disconnect the main harness coming out of the motor and try it. Still no spark, check coils for cracks, dirty points, bad condensors.
