Evinrude 48 SPL Manual Tilt Cable & Fluid Replacement

My uncle has an Evinrude 48 SPL. The manual tilt cable broke and we had to drain the hydralic fluid out of the tilt cylinder in order to raise the motor. How do I replace the fluid that I had to drain out? Also, how difficult is it going to be to replce the cable? Any special tools required for either of these two tasks? <br /><br />Thanks for all your help.
