Evinrude 50 hp.. Year 1999 four stroke EFI?

What´s wrong with a brand new engine who ha´s been running only about 100 liter gas, and now there is fuel in the oil, about 3 cm, 5/4 inch at the oilstick?? and oil smell´s gas. All ideas and whitty coments are welcome
