Evinrude 60hp 1964 no go

I have spark and petrol and still wont go-----even tried Quickstart down the throat of the carb -dead as everything seems in order --just hasnt been run for a while

Spark and juice, but no start. Do you have compression? Is the timing right?

Yes all in order can i make a spark== coil-- and points tester ?
