Evinrude 70 2 Stroke (1980??) Fuel mix

Hi,

I have a Evinrude 70 HP 2 Stroke VRO outboard. The automatic oil feed has been removed and the fuel needs to be mixed. What is the optimum fuel mix for this type of engine?

87-octane gasoline and TCW3 certified oil
1/3 cup oil per gallon of gas, one pint per six gallons
