Evinrude 75...please help with identification

i just bought a 7.5 hp Evinude 75 outboard at a garage sale. it runs great but i dont know what year model it is. the model number is E8RCIC, serial number is E0007773. im not sure if the "I" in the model # is supposed to actually be an "I" or a "1". can anybody help me find out what year this motor is and the correct fuel mixture i should be running in it is? thanks for any info on this motor.
