Hey everyone I have 76 70 hp rude runs great but as soon as you put it in gear she dies right out compression is 120 across all three cylinders but I did notice a creamy water and oil mixture on all three plugs.its unlikely (I think) that there's cracks in all three cylinders, what do u guys think else it good be ie head gasket or some other seal ???

Possibile it's the exhaust cover or gaskets. Pull the plugs, disable the ignition system, put a flusher on it and crank it over and see if you get any water coming out of the cyl's.

Could also be water in fuel. Exhaust cover leak could do it, too.
