Evinrude 9.5 questions

What is the requirement for a fuel/oil mixture for my 1969 Evinrude 9.5? I would like to know the manufacturer's guidelines. I am currently running 32:1. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the help Steelespike. Also was this motor rated at the head or the prop for 9.5? If rated at the head, what is the actual HP at the prop?
