Evinrude 9.9 controls

I've got a 1994 Lowe pontoon boat that has OMC controls on it.

I've got a 1992 Evinrude 9.9 that I'm trying to hook up.

It appears that I'm missing some pieces on the controls. The first picture is my controls. You'll see the shifter and throttle control. The second picture is another boat that has the same motor. I'm missing the piece on the shifter control that I point to with the arrow in the picture.

Where can I get this missing piece?

I also noticed that there is a special clip to hook the throttle cable up to the motor. Where do I get that clip?

I don't see the kit in there. I have a 1992, 9.9, TE10RELENA.

This thing is remote controlled. The shop2.evinrude website shows a tiller handle for that motor.

I'm wondering where Anchor Management got his prices. that Marine Engine website has even higher prices than the b o a t s . net website. for example 0123140 is $13.30 on yours 82rude but only $7.98 on Anchor Management's
