evinrude 90hp vro tilt and trim stopped working

i have a 1985 evinrude 90hp...

the tilt and trim stopped working. the relays are clicking but nothing happins.

Take a Small hammer and give the t/t mtr a few raps. If it starts working you have a stuck brush.

or we can check the relays to the have a tendend to get old the a in a smal black box on the motor
