just bought used evinrude bass tracker 60 -model TE60TLEIB--is 60 the horsepower and can someone recommend the name of a good manual that tells how to change a water pump---

I have a inboard and as such have never changed a water pump in a outboards but I believe they are the same. I suspect you don't need a manual you can YouTube it. They are quite easy. What you are changing is the impeller in the lower unit. You can get a kit for it (http://www.iboats.com/Evinrude-Outb...4902640--session_id.388981610--view_id.268671)
