Evinrude big twin year?

I have an Evinrude big twin (blue), model #25028, serial #17342. Does anyone know if there is a way to tell what year it is by these numbers? Thanks!

Ahoy flame and welcome to the forum.<br />What'cha got there is a 35hp 1957 Evinrude. I'm on my shops puter and don't have the site right now to post. But that's what she is.
