I purchased a pontoon to restore. The controls had been disassembled and were in the boat. It has a 90 HP V Evinrude O/B on it. The inside under the hood is spotless and looks brand new. What I'm at a loss on is the control itself. The guy had already started the boat and took the controls apart instead of disconnecting at the motor. I have NO idea what to do to reassemble the controls. Would I be better off to just buy a new control with a key switch? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
