My Evinrude 200 ficht, year model 2000 started making noise. At first thought it was rod, but the engine was just rebuilt with new pistons and main bearings. The noise sounds like rod but only hear it when i throttle down. does not do it when it is idling. It is a rapid noise and wonder maybe if one of the injectors might be going out. I also note that the volt meter does not increase when it throttle down. It reads between 12.1 and 12.5. After running a few hours have to put battery charger on. Both sides of stator have checked out fine. A loose ground connection, maybe???? Any ideas would help, i thank you in advance
