Nothing wrong with the Baystar, as long as you're pretty certain you'll be happy with the 150. The Etec actually is probably the best motor for the Baystar because of the light weight. In most cases, the 150 HP rating of the Baystar is not so much the HP but the weight of the motor which puts strain on the cylinder to move it. Baystars could probably handle 175s as they are typically the same block as a 150. But move up to 200s and the displacement, and hence the weight, grows.
But if your pretty cool with the 150, go with the Baystar and save you some bucks...I'm sure you have other things to spend it on!
