Evinrude / Johnson 15 HP 2 stroke 1997 self made remote control adapter kit?

Hello all,

I own a Evinrude 15 HP 2 stroke outboard. I would like to converse it to remote controlled.
The parts needed are difficult to get (based in the Netherlands) or pretty expensive to get shipped.

I looked up what the conversion kit for remote control for my engine actually contains.

See picture's below, I'm thinking about how I can make something myself on how to converse this outboard to remote control.
Maybe someone has done this before and can give me some tips?

I'm meeting with your same problem. Have you been able to make remote control for your Evinrude E15? do you have instructions? pictures? I have problems in particular with the gear shift.
