Evinrude Lark what year??

I just aquired a boat with an Evinrude Lark electric start motor. I don't know what year it is.It is all grey and has LARK in big letters right across the side. I would estimate the horsepower at around 35-40. So what year is this baby?? And what is it worth?

Offhand, it sounds like a mid-1960's model. These are worth maybe $200-$400 in good running condition.<br /><br />The model number should be on a metal plate on the transom mount.
