Evinrude motor will not start, any ideas?

When I turn the key the flywheel turns and the motor is turning over, but it won't fire up. I don't have a manual and I don't know the starting procedure, how far do I put the choke lever up? I know it starts, it started up on the first try when I bought it. I'm not sure if the motor is getting gas either, the fuel bulb is hard so I am assuming gas is making it to the motor. Any ideas on the starting procedure would be greatly appreciated. My motor is a 1995 Evinrude 28 SPL electric start, Here are some photos of my motor to give you guys a better idea..... <br />

I figured it out guys! I'm an amateur when it comes to boats and motors. The problem turned out to be me not priming the key lol. I read about priming the key somewhere else on this forum and it worked, it started the first second I turned it over. Well I'm going to bed so I can finally go and do some major fishing tomorrow! I'll post some fish pics if I get some big ones.

Try this.Pump up the fuel primer bulb until firm.Lift the fast idle lever all the way up.Now while pushing in on the key to activate the fuel primer solenoid turn the key to start and crank until she fires off.Then as soon as the engine starts,decrease the fast idle lever to maintain around 1500 RPM until the engine warms up a bit(about 30 secs) and then finally push the fast idle lever all the way down until it detents into position.Sometimes after the engine fires,you may need to intermittedly push in on the key initiating the fuel primer until she settles and runs without falling off.Takes a little practice ,but you'll get good at it.Always make sure that when you start the engine that you have it connected to a flush muff or it is in water or you'll ruin the waterpump and overheat the engine.Just a friendly reminder.<br /><br />Edit: I see you figured it out. Hope you had water to the waterpump intake.
