Hi. This is my first post and I am looking for some help (But, isn't everyone?
). I was just given an old Evinrude outboard boat motor and am looking from some information on it. The nameplate has serial # 3026 12183 on it. The name on the motor is worn off. All I can read is "Light.........three". I am guessing this is a Lightwin Three. I don't know what year it is, but I would estimate it is from the 1950s. Maybe 3hp? Any info or good websites that might help me figure out what I have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
