MARKV,

Maybe I missed something,but I thought the main issue was the engine rebuild was taking a lot longer than the 5 day turn around stated on the company's web site,and a lot of excuses as to what was going on.

I felt BOB13 did explain enough in his 3rd or 4th post.Like I said,I'd like to hear the other side of the story as well.

I still remember the time I received 4 bad (brand new) OMC crankshafts in a row.THAT was a long rebuild too!

I think that anyone here that works in the services industry can attest to the fact that often things do not go as planned. In my case it isnt uncommon for another warehouse to mess up an order and leave me out to dry when the customer wants their stuff.

It was apparent from his first post that he will be a one post member. He clearly stated that he was going to post this gripe on every marine forum he could find. I don't think that his methods are going to accomplish anything except possibly get him sued for slander and liable.
