evinrude troling

i have i evinrude i think trolling motor.I was wondering would i get more thrust if i hook up 24 volts to it.it is a 12/24 model bf4k
and also can someone give me more info on the motor like year and thrust.all i know is it is weak and trying to find some info on it.

Depending on the motor it should be wired in one of these configurations. Don't forget the 50 amp breaker.
