Exhaust Bellow

I have a 1997 sx cobra outdrive. At the end of Last summer I had the muffs on and engine running and I noticed water coming out of the exhaust bellow, maybe I never noticed it before. But is that normal? I have looked for a new bellow and the ones I found are said to be a new design that actually comes with holes in it so water will be let out while drive is tilted up and the engine is running. So my question is. Is it normal for water to appear to leak from the bellow?

Yes, it's normal! The VP OEM one's have approx. 1/8" holes in the bottom and the Sierra aftermarket one's have slices...
