Exhaust Elbow - Watter SPITTING out of hole!!!

Recently, my engine began making a noise. It sounds like the letter "T" said over and over again. Make the T sound about 5 times a second, and you get the noise . So, I looked at the engine, and there's a mist of water spitting out a hole in the exhaust elbow. Any ideas? I'm super worried to take it to the lake while making this sound.

The exhaust elbow has corroded thru.......... Replace it.

NOTE: That engine SN is for a newer engine than 67. It's from around mid 70's It should also be 1 number longer. If you missed a 2 on the front, then it's a 67
