Today weather fine so spent all day on the boat,
Replaced
1. thermostat housing & thermostat
2.Water circulation pump
3.Water pick up pump
4.all new drive belts
5.Just got exhaust manifolds and risers to fit, noticed that the exhaust flappers are still in the down pipe but a bit stiff, should I remove or buy new ones.
6.Also the oil pressure switch above the oil filter is badly corroded and the wire has snapped off so fitted a new switch just got to replace the connection.
7.removed earth cables and cleaned on both sides of engine.
8.removed all wires on starter motor and cleaned.
9.fitted new spark plugs

Is there anything else I should check or replace.

Cheers

Re: Exhaust Flappers

Very strange. The link worked right after I posted it...is this a new iBoats policy to not link certain things? Anyway, I attached an image of the service bulletin.
