Exhaust in a Rinker 232 Captiva??

I'm quite interested in installing a "Captain's Call/Choice" exhaust in our 1998 Captiva. Due to the hull design, the few I've seen pic of have it coming out thru the sides of the boat. It doesn't look like there is any good spot thru the transom to punch the holes thru.

Does anyone have pics of advise for doing this?

We did have a used 232 that had the side exhaust.
