Exhaust Tube Ventilation Question

I am planning to change to the exhaust tube this weekend, but a question popped to mind. I travel about 2+ miles through a natural channel that has many rocks. I run at about 1100rpms with drive in the fully trimmed out position (not in the trailer range). Will I get a lot more ventilation from the exhaust from the tube entering the prop blades?

I would be surprised if you did. One of the places I launch I have to go a stretch with the drive trimmed up to keep from dragging it... didn't see any difference when I switched from bellows to the tube last year
