well, hopefully not...according to the releases i've read, they filed chapter 11 in order to restructure their debt...and are continuing day-to-day operations as normal. and the filing does not involve any of exides international operations...
As I understand it, Quality Farm & Fleet's going under was the reason they had to. QFF had quite a bit of product that wasn't paid for when they closed all their stores.
