Split Loom maybe.
Where is your exposed wiring located?

Wire tie fasteners, if you need to cut the wire tie to work on some wiring, just replace with new one when your done.

Re: exposed wiring

Yup split loom is the easiest. The other product I use quite a bi on my tinny is the wire track you can buy from home depot.

Its hard plastic track, with doublesided tape on the back. You run your wires in it than you can snap it closed. I use this in places where I have to run wire from my deck up to thr rub rail for things like my led task lighting, and my blacklights, places where wire loom could flop around or get snagged easily.

Re: exposed wiring

You can get the split loom in various colors so if it is exposed in some areas, it at least can look pretty rather than the dull black.
