if its been done on a regular basis and corroded bolts are not an issue the T stats take about 45 minutes and the water pump about 1.5 hours and the pressure control valve about 20 minutes.
however you bring me in a 2002 F motor thats never been maintained and run in salt water it may take 6 hours IF it happens at all.
I did a water pump on a no maint F225TXRB in 08 that took me 16 hours and the extra parts of a drive shaft,a powerhead mounting gasket and a lower unit seal kit.
