Man, this is a challenge.
137 FT. lbs on the fly nut is tight. Looking for holder or will build one.
Need to change belt.
Short story: Dirt dobbers nested on the cam gears and at first crank, bent all eight intake valves. Motor has less than 100 hrs.
Have replaced with new ones after lapping. Replaced all oil seals on the valves, Lapped exhaust just because; looks good.
The timing marks concern me.
Don't know what they looked like prior to mishap.
Should I force the intake to line up with the exhaust?
I noticed Yamaha used a sealer on the head gasket. What will suffice?
