that quote was a repeat from the movie starring Humphry Bogart called ??"Something **Sierra Madres..He and his partners were mining gold and some banditos happened upon them. During a shoot out Bogart yells to them " if your the federalies, wheres your badges"? After a look of puzzlement the leader responded with a laugh,and then the phrase.
