New to boating i have a 2005 22' Bennington 225L Tritoon with a 2005 115 Yamaha 4 stroke just bought the boat a few weeks ago and was turning 6100 to 6200 rpms at wot with a 13x15 yamaha prop that was in rough shape so i ordered a new turning point legacy 13x15 prop and now only get 5200 at wot but from 4700 to 5200 i get what feels like prop slipping. I can throttle back to 4500 and it stops. It is not a constant slip just once in awhile but very constant if i trim up any or in rough water.Used the research button here and think it might be ventilation because it does it worse if i trim up any at all. Motor is already in the lowest hole and trimmed all the way down does not completely. Any help would be great!!
