Fenders and hangers

Fenders and hangers suggestions. I don't want a permanent mount and I can use a rail clip for the front but what about the back?

i installed a cleat at the 2 locations in red. the center one also work well for spring line, and single line quick docking.

As TD said, use cleats. You can get the kind the hide (flush cleant) when not in use. If you use cleats, they will serve more than one purpose, such as docking and tie ups. Here is what I have on my boat: http://www.iboats.com/Stainless_Ste...45548830--**********.054275885--view_id.37993

Great idea with the neat cleats...but I wasn't planning on spending $200+ on this. Ohter than the neat cleats, what type of cleat should I look for? Can they be screwed in vs. bolted?

Sure they can be fastened either way. I prefer the bolt through and a peice of ply wood behind them to decrease the chance of a pull out. You wouldn't want it to pull out.

As far as cost, I understand budgets. Just remmeber that the flush will look better, may enhance the marketability and by all means, I have yet to have a family member or friend bust a body part against one. On my preious boat, at least once a year there would be someone that got a suite caught up in one or knocked a shin up against it.
