Fiber glass work

Im going to fiber glass the forward dunnage box on my 57' constellation inorder to make it water tight. I could use some links on "how to fiber glass". Any suggetions?

iboats has a really good video in their mall. Just do a search of the mall.<br /><br />Also, I highly recommend the "Boat Restoration and Building" here on iboats as well. You can search that forum too. Tons of information. I ask questions there and search the info, there is a lot of experience here.

Not too hard a thing. Mix the epoxy resin and spead it on with a brush. Lay the glass cloth into the resin and use a roller to push the cloth into said resin. Do not use to much resin or you lose strength. Cloth will disapear when properly wetted. <br /><br />Only problems are air bubbles and verticle surfaces. Air bubles get trapped under cloth and the resin ltravels to the low spots so you may need a thicker resin for sides.<br /><br />Good Luck!
