Fiberglass 1-2-3

Hey there, there is a ton of great info on here, but I was wondering if anyone had something along the lines of of a step by step fiberglass tutorial. Ive never worked with it before and am picking up alot of info from the posts i read, but if I could just find a kind of 1-2-3, this-before-that type of info, maybe with pics, that would be awesome.
