fiberglass boat repair

Hey guys, I picked up a 12' fiberglass mfg boat, It's in rough shape but it was 75 bucks with the trailer, I've been lookng around for infomation on transformaning it into a bass boat, I seen MYJONBOAT.com which I'm ordering but these are aluminum boats and mine is fiberglass, I have to replace the transdom, I was going to replace it with some wood and fiberglass over it, Any advise on reinforcing it to be able to put a decent outboard on it after, What about foam under the floor once it goes on, What kind and where would I get it, Thanks

yup.... the answers to all your questions are here.....read the compleated projects forum......

then search transom replacement......

there has been at least 15 done here in the past 2 months.
