It is finally warm enough outside to paint and to set fiberglass.
I have wood at the ready for the badly needed new trailer bunks and I have two options for sealing them.
1. I can go to the local stores and get a quart of Glaspar weather sealer varnish for $15 or
2. use up the last remaining quart of my poly fiberglass resin and add the wax to it.
The resin will definately save me more money and it has been in the now rusted container on my porch all winter since September. I don't know it if will good enough for glassing.
Will it be okay to go with the resin and wax on the new bunks or would I be better off spending the $15 for a quart of Galspar in which I will never use all up?
