can you tell me what size the black rubber spacer is? mine didn't come with one,so the two hoses can't be pit together
i sent the customer service an e-mail hope they get back to me

Looks to be 3/4 to 1" long. Most likely 1/4 interior diameter. It fits over the 1/4" hard plastic tubing and inside the 3/8" soft plastic tubing. Be sure to use some soap so it'll slide in easy. I didn't and it was a pain to get it to slide in the 3/8" tubing.

I use a supermarket plastic bag over the filter...it's like picking up after the dog...

I use the bag the oil came in.

ok,thank you!!
living in ohio i still have 4 months to waite to use it
probably be just as easy to go to auto zone an get a piece of rubber hose?
i will see if they get back to me.
