Just park the tank up by the bow and you should be fine.

You're a little underpowered. A hydrofoil on every 3rd motor should suffice.

Smart tabs - probably the 48" models with the 6000 lb springs. No problem, probably an off the shelf product!

Alternatively, give my Aunt Bertha a call to come sit in the bow seat.
