Boat is fixed!! ended up having to take it to a shop to do the bellows, gimbal, and impeller. Maybe next time ill be in a better position to tackle it myself.
I replaced the starter and bilge pump float switch though, so i got a little blood, sweat, and tears into it. Spend the holiday afternoon cleaning, vacuuming, and just general checking on everything in and on the boat. all accessories checked, including radio, horn, blower, lights. Its good to just lay underneath the parts you dont see, and just look around sometimes.
Also rolled under the trailer and had a look at the suspension and hubs. hubs look ok, but the spring packs are pretty rough. those will be on the list next, along with tires.
Ordered my new flag and pole, along with some nice floating sunglasses.
Saturday is the splash, and i feel like ive missed half the season. Ill be more on top of it next year.
Just want to say thanks to those who helped me, and those who help others on this board. I dont know how people made it before the internet!!
