Finding a Starcraft logo

Anyone know where I can find 2 of these?

It's 12" long and 1 3/4" high.

you can probably get a decal made, other than that search ebay motors boat parts.

Ha! I was right. It is a Starcraft. Looks like it dates back to the 1960s. I don't know where you'd get a replacement for those logos, to tell you the truth.

They're cool boats, though. I have a 12' version of that boat, but it's got a Sea King label on it. I discovered that Starcraft made the boats Wards sold as Sea Kings. I love the boat.

I guess I have a different attitude about small aluminum boats. Stains...broken logos...stuff like that doesn't bother me. I fish in it and appearance isn't really that big a concern for me. You can see from the photo:

I'm not exactly gonna fret over the logos. I was just hoping that there was someplace that might have them.

I looked on ebay but I didn't see anything.

Plus it bugs me that I was the one who did much of the damage to them and I haven't even put it on the water yet!

a safe stable boat is more important than a pretty one. the make and eyelashes can be added later.

That's similar to what I thought about my wife when I got married?man I wish I could take that one back!

I can see that you are conflicted about fixing the logo; initially it is no biggy, then the in-law guilt sets in. Depending on how much this causes you to lose sleep, google casting. There is DYI info as to casting pot metal, expoxy, resin, and other exotic media.

My $.02, I'd have a couple of beers and let the moment pass.

Just thought I'd chime in.....On seattle Craigslist someone had "miscellanious parts for sale". In the pile of stuff in the picture there were a couple of starcraft logo's like that. I looked for them yesterday but could not find them. If you keep an eye on that, it may be posted again sometime. If I happen to see it I'll let you know. If its somewhat close, I may be able to pick them up for ya.
