Finding these on I/O`s but may apply to all installed tanks

Under high throttle settings you feel like you ran out of gas, poor pickup, stalling? You have checked all the normal items and still no results. You run perfect on a remote tank but you cant run on the installed tank? You might be plagued with this pesky item found INSIDE the fuel pickup tube.The high fuel draw sucks up tank debris and plugs this screen , drops back down when the engine stalls or you turn the key off.This is the 2nd one we found causing this particular problem.
To fix this you remove the tank pickup tube, unscrew the tube from the tank fitting and remove the screen .

Seen this before. Debris can plug the anti syphon valve if the screen isn't there. How about cleaning the tank? problem solved.
