As long as the wires coming from the pack are hooked up correctly, and the coil wires are not crossed, and the flywheel key is not sheared, it should be in time.
Are you having a problem with it running?

No it is missing at high RPM .. I has good compression, Its getting fuel, But I dont know how to test individual coil packs.. It runs good at an idle.. It sounds decent at about 2000.. But when I try to open it up it lags..

Use an inductive timing light and check each coil wire while the problem is happening to see if you are loosing spark under load. You have three coils, maybe one is misfiring when hot.
By lagging I am assuming you mean that there is a cylinder dropping in and out. If you have a restricted high speed jet it would not run properly at high speed, you could try squirting fuel mixture into the carbs one at a time and see if any of the cylinders pick up. That will tell you if it is a spark or fuel problem.

And it looked from the bends in the wires that th second cylinder coil wire went to the third cylinder.. and vice versa..

Isn't there a decal on the pack cover that tells what wires go where?

ill try that.. Unfortunatly I cant test it on a load until i drop it into a lake and I Cant do that until tommorow.. However I just found that the plug for the highspeed bowl on 3 carb and cylinder was stripped and leaking fuel so i coiled it and it seems to be setting pretty good Do you know if messing around with that plug can cause any damage to the highspeed jet? and Ive been hearing lots about taking some copper wire and trying to clear the jet can you do that through this plug or do you have to take the carb off?.. So im just trying to tune it as best I can before putting it back in the water for the third time.. It gets kinda emberassing when your at the boat launch and your boats acting up.. :)

The high speed jet is recessed in the bowl about an inch, you should be ok. It is said you can use soft copper wire to clean the jets.

Just did a more acurate test on the coil packs.. Number three isnt sparking at all.. Can I Assume its just that coil pack or do I have to worry about the whole power pack?

Swap the coil wires from the power pack and see if you then have spark on # 3.
