firing order needed

i have a v4a-14l (johnson 75hp super sea horse) and i need the firing order for it. the cap does have numbers on them but dont know where number one is ???? a diagram would be awesome if all possible..

i also would like to know how to time it???? i know how to time a truck or car but not a boat. i dont think this one would be really that hard cuz the distributor is stationary.... but just checking thats all thanks
