Hello everyone I've been reading these forums for quite a while and I am thoroughly impressed with the wealth of knowledge I have found!
I have recently run across a small boat that I could not resist buying at the price I payed for it, however being as impulsive as I am I know little about it Other than it floats and a 4hp motor does not try to pass the boat when I floor it!
Does anyone recognize the unreadable crest on the bow cap?
What size motor could this boat handle if the transom was fixed up a bit?
Weight capacity?
any modifications to make her a little bit stiffer? ie stringers or such
Currently using a 1978 Johnson 4hp weedless drive which is running like a top thanks to this forum!
However I still cannot get on plane!
